ThunderClan, WindClan, RiverClan and ShadowClan, all unique in skill and countenance but united by their bond with their Warrior Ancestors struggle to survive as they live beside one another in an ancient battle against the forces of nature and their own kind. Rules are questioned, dark forces are put into play and a time of dispute and chaos looms over the horizon.

Greenleaf has hit its midpoint and, although invisible to the creatures of the forest, Leaf-Fall is right around the corner. The blazing sun has begun to set earlier in the evening, though it still hangs heavily over the forest during the day. The rabbits in WindClan territory have taken to their burrows to avoid the midday heat, and WindClan has begun to experience a shortage of prey.
